Ok, fall isn’t officially here but it is September and the days are getting shorted. Next week the kids will be back in school for another year.

Although I really enjoy summer time, we haven’t had the best weather. I’m looking forward to settling down into fall and working hard to help people get into new homes (and out of their old ones in some cases).

Fall is a great time to buy and sell a home! People are back from vacation and down to business, but aren’t worried about trudging around in snow to view homes. You’ll often see some new listings come on the market as many people don’t want the hassle of trying to sell there home through the summer (too many showings when they should be at the beach).
